Helicopters
This will be our 6th year of operation of helicopter services for the Festival for which we are the sole operator. We can provide everything from charter services to facilities for owner/operators. We have a heliport that is vetted by the CAA, The monitoring of the blind call frequency, refuelling (Jet A1 Fuel only) and fire cover. We also provide shuttles to and from the festival site for passengers (less than 1km) and direct transfer to backstage for bands and other performers.
Landing fees and parking fees are in line with the industry guidelines.

Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance
I know many of you feel that Helicopters fly in the face of everything the festival stands for, so this year, once the site covers its costs, all profits will go to the "Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance"
The Bristol shuttle
For a long time now we have done what has become known as the Bristol Shuttle. That's when you park at Bristol Airport, jump in a chopper and land at Windinglake close to your accommodation. At the end of the festival it's the same in reverse, all for the princely sum of £480 +vat return per person (min 4 pax).
Bristol Evacuation
This year by request we will be running the Bristol Evacuation, which works in the following way. You drive to Bristol Airport and park your car, we stick you in a limo to drive you to Windinglake (because as you all know the traffic is not bad on the Thursday). On the Monday, we fly you to Bristol to miss all the traffic, you get fantastic views all the way (weather permitting), you land at Bristol, walk to your car and then find yourself back in London in no time at all. This will cost you £340 +vat per person (min 4 Pax).
Blackbush Evacuation
For the first time this year we are also doing the 'Blackbush Airport Evacuation' and this works in the following way, you drive to Blackbush Airport near Farnborough (between Fleet and Sandhurst GU17 9LQ) and get collected by a stretch Limo (max 8 pax, min 4) equipped with a supply of hospitality, you are then driven to Windinglake where you enjoy the delights of the festival. When the festival is over we take you up the hill to our heliport and fly you back to Bristol Airport where you then get onto your very own fixed wing and return to Blackbush. All for £1000 +vat per person (min 4 Pax).
The benefits of the evacuation are simple. Everybody else spends hours in the traffic on the Monday. You, on the other hand are in and out in no time, plus you get a view to talk about.
Finally if you have a party of less than four, simply advise Fly Glastonbury and we will look to fill the remaining seats for you. This doesn't always work out but it's worth a go! All that said remember the heliport is set up for one and all to use. You don't have to use our choppers. You can charter your own and fly in from anywhere.
